About Doctorpastorben

Chirogenesis began as a vision to serve patients with complex pain while also transforming the systems that keep them trapped there.

As a neuromusculoskeletal holistic specialist, I’ve spent years helping individuals break out of chronic pain through rigorous diagnosis, functional outcome tracking, and neurologically precise care.

At the same time, I’ve seen that even the best clinical work is limited if the business and staffing structures behind it are broken or driven purely by volume.

Out of this has emerged a three‑part assignment:

At the apex, Doctorpastorben consultancy serves as the strategic advisory arm—designing systems, covenants, and training that help clinics and networks transition into either group in a way that is clinically excellent, ethically sound, and sustainable for both staff and patients.

Chirogenesis Group will be a family of chiropractic companies committed to elite NMSM care, honest measures, and world‑class communication with other professionals.

Jehovah Rapha Group will gather and align non‑chiropractic clinics (GP, physio, nutrition, mental health, body therapy, etc.) under one integrated, values‑driven model of care.

  • July 2024: Led educational sessions at Ayer Rajah Resident Network on
    the root causes of diabetes & heart disease, and its prevention
    strategies, all based on the 3T framework. Collaborated with local
    community leaders to ensure the sessions were accessible and
    impactful.
  • April 2024: Conducted workshops for elderly participants at Yishun
    Christian Church Lutheran (YCCL) on managing and overcoming
    osteoarthritis, all based on the 3T framework. Worked closely with
    church volunteers to provide a supportive and engaging environment
    for the participants.
  • December 2022: For International Migrants Day, collaborated with a
    sports massage therapist and a physiotherapist on providing
    educational content about relieving lower back pain for our migrants.
    Delivered high-value, actionable steps for migrants to implement right
    away. This included delivering foam rollers to every migrant, together
    with an educational poster printed for every dormitory room.
  • Pioneer in Building & Executing A System Based on the 3Ts – Thoughts,
    Traumas, and Toxins of Any Disease. Adapted the 3T concept, first
    postulated in 1910, which was used to better understand spinal (only)
    root causes of health issues, into a clinical framework to address the
    root causes of chronic disease and pain.
  • Diagnostic Specialist in Non-Surgical & Non-Drug Approach to Chronic Neuromusculoskeletal (NMS) Conditions – Advanced Orthopaedics,
    International Association of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
  • Skilled in Treating and Management of Structural, Mental & Nutritional
    Components of Chronic Pain/Disease – Advanced Applied Kinesiology
    & Functional Neurology, International College of Applied Kinesiology.
  • Spine Specialist – Doctor of Chiropractic, who are experts in the field
    regarding achieving healing by improving spinal health. 3 full years of
    education followed by a 5-year career thus far.
  • Skilled in Diagnosing Soft Tissue Conditions – Active Release Technique
    (ART) practitioner. Stemming from my diagnostic ability in the field of
    NMS medicine, enabling communication with other soft tissue therapists
    for collaboration purposes.

  • Valedictorian with Magna Cum Laude, of his class of Fall 2019 at Life Chiropractic College West, a prestigious Graduate Chiropractic school in California, USA.
  • In the department of clinical skills, Dr. Ben achieved both Clinic honors (Gold) and Clinical Excellence awards.


Completed training in:

  • 100+ hours in the Gonstead Chiropractic management system, a highly specific and scientific full-spine chiropractic technique

  • 100+ hours in Soft Tissue Technique, specifically Active Release Technique (ART)

  • 200+ hours in Advanced Applied Kinesiology – diagnosing and treating disease from structural, chemical and mental root cause(s).
 

Post-graduate specialization:

  • Gonstead Chiropractic – 200+ hours of training
  • Professional Applied Kinesiology from the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK)

  • Active Release Technique (ART) – Level 1 (spine, upper and lower extremities)
